Patricia A. McNeal started with Kallina & Associates in August 2011. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park (B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice), her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., with certificates in Estate Planning and Family Law), and her master of laws degree from the University of Miami School of Law (LL.M. in Estate Planning).

During law school, Patricia worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Barry G. Williams in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, and as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Community Relations Service. Patricia also served as research assistant to distinguished Professor LaVonda Reed-Huff, and served as a student attorney for the Syracuse University College of Law Elder Law Clinic.

Patricia passed the July 2011 Maryland bar examination and was sworn in to the Bar of the State of Maryland in December 2011.
